Use Etisalat Default Settings, Then Put the Below Tweak into your Opera and Feel the speed.

 Socket Server:- socket://server4.operamini.net =>
Choose HTTP as your Proxy. Proxy Server:- www.etisalat.com.ng OR 10.71.170.30
