1.From time its known  that Federal Universities only accept candidates that choose them as first choice,they only consider  2nd choice candidates  on occasions whereby they have new courses that are not accredited yet, and only candidates admitted into the institution are those that choose Federal Universities as first choice.

2.Due to inadequate space availability in some institutions they tend to consider those candidates that chose the institutions as first choice and it is good by to 2nd choice candidates.
