With Refernce to my research  so far on food microbiology on the internet, I found the healthy benefits of eating water melon. I will advice everyone to be eating water melon at least twice a week. It has many health benefits which are explained below:

Asthma – The antioxidants, such as Citrulline in watermelon can reduce toxins in the body. Some of these toxins are believed to trigger asthma attacks.

Arthritis – Watermelon is rich in Vitamin C and Beta-Carotenes. Both have anti-inflammatory properties that can help relieve the symptoms of arthritis.
