MTN Web Self Service (WSS) Explained
This is a web-based self service solution that allows MTN customers in Nigeria to request for specific services online at their own convenience without requiring any discussion with an MTN Customer Care Representative and have these services delivered as soon as possible..
The WSS offers 24hrs support and immediate access to information. You can also check the status of your requests and be informed when the service is completed.
The WSS is available and free to all and will be accessed using your MTN Security Number.
Services available include:
- SIM Replacement
- View Call Details
- Change Security Key
- Share 'N' Sell
- PUK Request
- Balance Enquiry
- Activate data bundle
- Activate and deactivate call forwarding.
