UNN- CEDR Earth Day Celebration Competition for Undergraduates 2012

The CEDR (Centre for Entrepreneurship and Development Research)  UNN is planning to commemorate Earth Day 2012 (24 April) 2012 in grand style. The high point of the celebration will be mobilization of students for ACTS OF GREEN on or off campus. These “ACTS OF GREEN” are those actions /activities that are capable of reducing carbon emissions, managing wastes leading to clean and green environment. All students in UNN particularly those registered for CED 341 and 342 courses are encouraged to participate. Prizes will be given out to students who excel with outstanding ACTS OF GREEN; in addition the best greeners stand a chance of travelling to RIO +20 conference in Brazil in June 2012. Students are being called to go and register before the deadline ( 27th march 2012) with CEDR and indicate the acts of green they are interested in.
